The subject of the framework contract is the provision of works as set out in the technical specification (Annexes B and B-01) and in conformity with the terms provided in the invitation to tender, the general tender conditions and the management specifications. The framework contract is composed of a baseline scope, i.e. the finishing works and retrofit works for the Tokamak complex, the assembly hall and all surrounding buildings and structures (galleries, bridges and trenches) as set out in Annex B-01 (general technical specifications) and if released, an option for facility services as set out in Annex B.
